Keto Sesame-Tofu Dip
Cooking tip: If you’re serving as an appetizer, plate your dip with two or three different low carb snacks!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 8 ounces Soft Silken Tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, blend tofu, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar substitute and salt until smooth.
  2. With processor on, slowly add extra virgin olive oil in a steady stream until incorporated.
  3. Mixture should have consistency of thick mayonnaise.  Each serving is about 3 tablespoons.
