INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz Roasted Mixed Nuts with Peanuts
- 4 cup Air Popped Popcorn
- 3 tablespoon Unsalted Butter Stick
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 4 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 275°F.
- On a large roasting pan, toss nuts and popcorn with butter. Sprinkle evenly with thyme. Combine kosher salt, cayenne pepper (to taste) and garlic powder; sprinkle over top and toss well.
- Bake 15 minutes. Transfer to large sheet of wax paper and let cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
