Savory Popcorn and Nut Mix Recipe

1 teaspoon(s) Kosher salt (1/4 tsp= 1.5 g)
4 cup AIR POPPED POPCORN
12 oz Roasted Mixed Nuts with Peanuts
0 1/4 tsp GARLIC POWDER
2 tsp THYME
3 tablespoon Unsalted Butter Stick
0 1/4 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
- Heat oven to 275°F.
- On a large roasting pan, toss nuts and popcorn with butter. Sprinkle evenly with thyme. Combine kosher salt, cayenne pepper (to taste) and garlic powder; sprinkle over top and toss well.
- Bake 15 minutes. Transfer to large sheet of wax paper and let cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
