Savory Keto Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 16 ounces Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Tap Water
  • 1/3 cup Whole Grain Soy Flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly oil baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, soy flour, cheese, parsley, seasoning, water, salt and pepper. Roll into 24 balls and place on baking sheet.
  3. Bake 10 minutes.  Each serinvg is 2 meatballs.
