Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded Cos or Romaine Lettuce
- 1 piece Artichoke Hearts, marinated
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 4 ounces Roasted Bell Peppers
- 4 ounces Sardines in Oil (Canned)
- 1/2 cup Broccoli, florets, raw
Directions:
- Toss spinach and Romaine together with 1 tablespoon low-carb dressing of your choice.
- Arrange sliced artichoke, broccoli and sliced roasted red peppers over the greens.
- Place sardines on top and drizzle with another tablespoon of dressing. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
