Keto Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons Sugar-Free Flavored Syrup, Caramel
  • 1 cup Milk, SO Delicious Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving
  • 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese, original
  • 1 scoop (1 scoop= 30 g) Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour over 1/2 cup ice or blend in 1/2 cup ice if desired. 
Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be substituted for the coconut.
*Add up to 1/8 tsp salt or to your taste preference.
