Rolled Oats and Pecans Topped with Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (8 fluid ounces) Water
  • 1/4 cup chopped Pecan Nuts
  • 1/4 cup sliced Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil (add a pinch of salt if desired).  Add rolled oats and cook covered for 5 minutes.
  2. Add chopped pecans, stirring to combine then top with fresh strawberries.  Enjoy with a small amount of granular sugar substitute if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon for added flavor.
