Ingredients:
- 16 leaves Basil
- 1/2 cup sliced Black Olives
- 24 ounces Roasted Bell Peppers
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2/3 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1 tablespoon drained Capers
Directions:
- Dice the peppers and combine with minced garlic, capers, vinegar, oil, olives and 16 finely diced basil leaves.
