Ingredients:

  • 16 leaves Basil
  • 1/2 cup sliced Black Olives
  • 24 ounces Roasted Bell Peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2/3 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon drained Capers

Directions:

  1. Dice the peppers and combine with minced garlic, capers, vinegar, oil, olives and 16 finely diced basil leaves.
