- 1/2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with Peel)
- 8 ounce boneless, raw (yield after cooking) Roast Beef
- 4 leaf outers Cos or Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 ounce Blue or Roquefort Cheese
Directions:
