Ingredients:
- 5 ounces Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Trimmed to 0" Fat)
- 3 large (1" to 1-1/4" diameter) Radishes
- 1/4 cup chopped Red Sweet Pepper
- 2 cup, shredded or choppeds Mixed Salad Greens
Directions:
Use the Atkins recipe to make Garlic Ranch Dressing; you will need 2 tablespoons. If not using this reicpe, be sure to use a dressing that is 2g NC or less.
- Slice or quarter the radishes and chop the red bell pepper then combine with the greens and dressing; toss to coat.
- Top with roast beef and serve immediately.
