Ingredients:
- 1 leaf outer Cos or Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 tablespoon Real Mayonnaise
- 1/3 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce
- 2 thin slices Red Onions
- 1 flatbread Light Original Flatbread
- 7 pieces Banana Pepper Rings
- 1/2 tablespoon Unsweetened Ketchup
- 3 ounces boneless, cooked Roast Beef
- 1 slice (1 ounce) Cheddar Cheese
- 3 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Tomatoes
Directions:
- Mix together ketchup, mayonnaise and horseradish sauce.
- Spread mixture over the entire Flatout and sprinkle with salt and pepper. On one rounded end, layer Romaine, tomatoes, onion, pepper rings, roast beef and cheese.
- Roll up and cut in half.
