Roast Beef and Cheddar Flatout Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 leaf outer Cos or Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 thin slices Red Onions
  • 1 flatbread Light Original Flatbread
  • 7 pieces Banana Pepper Rings
  • 1/2 tablespoon Unsweetened Ketchup
  • 3 ounces boneless, cooked Roast Beef
  • 1 slice (1 ounce) Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Mix together ketchup, mayonnaise and horseradish sauce.
  2. Spread mixture over the entire Flatout and sprinkle with salt and pepper. On one rounded end, layer Romaine, tomatoes, onion, pepper rings, roast beef and cheese.
  3. Roll up and cut in half.
