Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 6 cups Green or White Cabbage, raw, shredded
- 3/4 cup(s) Mayonnaise (Bestfoods)
- 1 1/3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 cup, crumbled Blue or Roquefort Cheese
- 6 cups Red Cabbage, raw, shredded
Directions:
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and sugar substitute in a large bowl. Add green and red cabbage and toss well.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. (Can be made ahead. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate up to 24 hours.)
