Red, White and Blue Coleslaw
Cooking tip: Feel free to swap in your favorite lettuce for this recipe, as net carb change will likely be minimal.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 6 cups Green or White Cabbage, raw, shredded
  • 3/4 cup(s) Mayonnaise (Bestfoods)
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup, crumbled Blue or Roquefort Cheese
  • 6 cups Red Cabbage, raw, shredded

Directions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and sugar substitute in a large bowl. Add green and red cabbage and toss well.
  2. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. (Can be made ahead. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate up to 24 hours.)
