Ingredients:
- 3 teaspoons leaves Oregano
- 1/2 cup Tangerine Juice
- 1 1/2 pounds Snapper (Fish) (Mixed Species)
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- 6 tablespoons chopped Shallots
- 1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Salt
Directions:
- In a glass or other nonreactive bowl, whisk together lime juice, salt, tangerine juice, jalapeno, oregano, and shallot. Add the snapper and gently toss.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. When ready to serve, drizzle with olive oil.
