Keto Red Snapper Ceviche with Tangerine

Ingredients:

  • 3 teaspoons leaves Oregano
  • 1/2 cup Tangerine Juice
  • 1 1/2 pounds Snapper (Fish) (Mixed Species)
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 6 tablespoons chopped Shallots
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Directions:

  1. In a glass or other nonreactive bowl, whisk together lime juice, salt, tangerine juice, jalapeno, oregano, and shallot. Add the snapper and gently toss.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. When ready to serve, drizzle with olive oil.
