2 1/4 cup fresh red boston lettuce, medium, leaf

1 sml fresh peaches

2 Tbsp olive oil

6 drop liquid stevia sweetener
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl, combine lettuce, onion, halved grape tomatoes, radish slices and sliced peach.
- In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, shake to combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and stevia. Pour over the salad and toss to coat. Portion into two equal amounts and serve.
