Raspberry Parfait with Walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 tablespoons Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped Walnuts

Directions:

  1. Whip heavy cream with the granular sugar substitute.  Fold in the marscapone.
  2. Place a half the raspberries in each serving bowl along with the nuts.  Add the whipped cream mixture then top with berries.  Serve immediately.
