Raspberry Parfait
Cooking tip: We love the idea of customizing this recipe to make it your own! If you add any ingredients, just be sure to keep an eye on net carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 2 individual packets Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounces Mascarpone

Directions:

  1. Beat 1/2 cup heavy crem until soft peaks form.
  2. Add 4 oz mascarpone and 2 packets of sweetener. Beat just until smooth.  Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
  3. Using 1/2 cup raspberries, layer with the dairy mixture in 2 parfait glasses.
