Ingredients:
- 2 individual packets Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 ounces Mascarpone
Directions:
- Beat 1/2 cup heavy crem until soft peaks form.
- Add 4 oz mascarpone and 2 packets of sweetener. Beat just until smooth. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
- Using 1/2 cup raspberries, layer with the dairy mixture in 2 parfait glasses.
