Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin, unsalted USDA
  • 1 shake Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake
  • 10 eas pecans, halves USDA

Directions:

  1. Chill Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake in the freezer for 45 minutes from room temperature, or 30 minutes from refrigerated. 
  2. Blend all ingredients together on medium high speed until well combined. Serve immediately over ice if desired.
