Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup dry oatmeal
- 1 ounce scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet stevia sweetener
Directions:
- In a small saucepot bring 1/2 to 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt to a boil. Choose the amount of water depending on how thick you like your oatmeal - more water gives a thinner oatmeal. Stir oatmeal into boiling water. Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in protein powder, almond butter, and vanilla extract- taste for sweetness and then add sweetener to your taste preference. Top with a few sliced almonds and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
