Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup dry oatmeal
  • 1 ounce scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet stevia sweetener

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepot bring 1/2 to 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt to a boil. Choose the amount of water depending on how thick you like your oatmeal - more water gives a thinner oatmeal. Stir oatmeal into boiling water.  Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes. 
  2. Stir in protein powder, almond butter, and vanilla extract- taste for sweetness and then add sweetener to your taste preference. Top with a few sliced almonds and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
