Keto Pina Colada Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1/4 cup diced Pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut Extract
  • 1 ounce Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup

Directions:

You can find a large variety of extracts online.  The combinations with protein powder are endless!   
  1. Place the pineapple, syrup and coconut extract (add just enough to flavor it - start with 1 tsp and add more as desired) in a blender and blend until the pineapple is broken down. 
  2. Add the protein powder and 10-12 ice cubes, blend until very smooth, adding a small amount of water, and stirring with a wooden spoon if necessary.
