1 fruit without skin and seeds California Avocados
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Tomatoes
1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
0 1/8 cup Cilantro (Coriander)
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Canola Vegetable Oil
- In a small bowl, dice and then combine the avocado, tomato, onions and jalapeno. Mince the cilantro and add along with the juice, and oil. Blend to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate 1 hour for flavors to blend.
