Keto Peking Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Sugar Free Apricot Preserves
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce (Tamari)
  • 1 packet Sweetener (Splenda Packets, Sucralose)
  • 64 oz, with bone, raw (yield after cooking, bone removed) Pork Spareribs
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic

Directions:

For this recipe, you can make the Barbecue Sauce; you will need tablespoons. 
  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fruit jam, 3 tbsp low carb barbecue sauce minced garlic and sugar substitute. Brush both sides of ribs with mixture.
  2. Place ribs in slow cooker; pour remaining sauce over ribs.
  3. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
