Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Sugar Free Apricot Preserves
- 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce (Tamari)
- 1 packet Sweetener (Splenda Packets, Sucralose)
- 64 oz, with bone, raw (yield after cooking, bone removed) Pork Spareribs
- 2 teaspoons Garlic
Directions:
For this recipe, you can make the Barbecue Sauce; you will need tablespoons.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fruit jam, 3 tbsp low carb barbecue sauce minced garlic and sugar substitute. Brush both sides of ribs with mixture.
- Place ribs in slow cooker; pour remaining sauce over ribs.
- Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
