Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8 cup, wholes Green Olives
  • 1 cup, whole Black Olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/16 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:

  1. Pulse black and green olives, garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and oil in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and serve, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
