6 large Boiled Egg
0 1/8 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 oz BLACK OLIVES Cortas Canning & Refrigerating
2 tablespoon EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Salov North America Corp.
4 tortilla LOW CARB TORTILLAS FIT & ACTIVE
- Mix eggs, mayonnaise, olive oil, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes and 1/8 tsp red-pepper flakes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Warm tortillas between damp paper towels in microwave. Spread egg mixture on tortillas, leaving a border. Top with 1 cup arugula leaves.
- Roll up tortillas. Enjoy!
