DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe ot make Atkins Low Carb Wheat Bread; you will need 4 slices. This recipe is delicious with rye bread, try to find a low-carb rye and enjoy!
- Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet until just crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard and syrup. Spread on bread slices. Layer chopped arugula, bacon, and tomato on 2 slices of bread.
- Top with remaining bread slices.
