Keto Mustard-and-Pepper-Coated Ham

Ingredients:

  • 72 ounces boneless, cooked Fresh Ham
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Original Stone Ground Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 300°F. Line a roasting pan with heavy-duty foil.
  2. Set ham face down in roasting pan (this helps to keep slices intact). Bake until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part, not touching bone, registers 135° to 140°F, 1 1/2 to 2 hours for a bone-in ham, about 1 hour for a boneless ham.
  3. Mix both mustards and pepper in a small bowl; stir in 1 tablespoon pan drippings. Brush over the ham.
  4. Increase oven temperature to 400°F. Bake until coating is lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes longer. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
