INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz Mushroom Pieces and Stems
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 oz Shallots
  • 0 1/2 oz Sauvignon Blanc Wine
  • 0 1/2 tsp, leaves Thyme (Dried)
  • 0 1/2 tsp Marjoram (Dried)
  • 0 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 0 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0 1/4 cup Parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter in oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced shallots and sauté 3 minutes, until softened. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 10 minutes, until mushrooms release their juices. Add wine, thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper.
  3. Reduce heat to low; continue cooking 15 minutes, until mushroom mixture is almost dry. Stir in parsley.
