1 cup Tap Water
1 cup (8 fl oz) Coffee (Brewed From Grounds)
10 individual packet Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
0 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
4 tbsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup, Hershey's
- Mix water, coffee, and sugar substitute in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in cocoa powder and syrup. Bring mixture to a gentle boil.
- Simmer, stirring constantly, 3 minutes. Remove from heat; pour mixture through a fine strainer into a large measuring cup. Refrigerate until cold.
- Pour mixture into ice cube trays, filling only half way. Freeze until firm. Before serving, process chocolate cubes in a food processor until chopped and slushy.
- Serve immediately.
