Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup, Hershey's
  • 10 individual packets Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1 cup Tap Water
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  • 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) Coffee (Brewed From Grounds)

Directions:

  1. Mix water, coffee, and sugar substitute in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in cocoa powder and syrup. Bring mixture to a gentle boil.
  2. Simmer, stirring constantly, 3 minutes. Remove from heat; pour mixture through a fine strainer into a large measuring cup. Refrigerate until cold.
  3. Pour mixture into ice cube trays, filling only half way. Freeze until firm. Before serving, process chocolate cubes in a food processor until chopped and slushy.
  4. Serve immediately.
