Keto Milk Chocolate Mocha Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Milk, SO Delicious Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving
  • 3/4 teaspoon Espresso, instant powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese, original
  • 1 scoop (1 scoop= 30 g) Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until very smooth.  Pour over or blend with 1/2 cup of ice and enjoy.
Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be substituted for the coconut or a cup of your favorite chilled coffee or espresso (leave out the instant espresso/coffee if using).
