Keto Mildly Spicy Swiss Chard

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 2 tablespoons Green Tomato Chile Sauce (Salsa Verde)
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 small Onion
  • 5 cups Swiss Chard

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add diced white onion; cook 5 minutes, until onion is softened. Stir in salsa; cook 3 minutes more. Mix in cream. Add coasely chopped chard and stir to coat.
  3. Cover and cook 5 minutes, just until chard is wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
