Low Carb Peanut Butter Apple Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh granny smith apple, sliced Canadian Nutrient File
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, natural Smucker's
  • 3 pieces Atkins Endulge Milk Chocolate Caramel Squares
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup, sugar free Torani
  • 1 pack Atkins Endulge Chocolate Peanut Candies

Directions:

  1. Place sliced apples on a serving plate.
  2. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and caramel syrup until well combined. Smear an even amount of caramel peanut butter on each apple slice.
  3. Roughly chop Atkins Endulge Chocolate Peanut Candies and Atkins Endulge Milk Chocolate Caramel Squares and sprinkle evenly over the apples. Serve and enjoy!
