Low Carb Caramel Vanilla Chai Latte
Cooking tip: This low carb latte is a wonderful way to warm up as the cool fall weather sets in, but it can do double duty on warm days too! Chill the Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake and mix in the cream, caramel syrup and vanilla, then serve over ice for a tasty cool drink with some of the best flavors of fall. Try using frozen coffee ice cubes for an extra zing.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 shake Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream USDA
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup, sugar free Torani
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract USDA

Directions:

Equipment note: We use a mini frother to mix this drink, but you could also combine in a blender, or use a whisk to thoroughly mix.
  1. Measure 1 cup Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake into a microwave safe mug and microwave until heated through, 1-2 minutes. Add cream, caramel syrup and vanilla extract and use a mini frother to mix well. One drink as described is one serving.
