Ingredients:

  • 4 medium Turnips
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 4 servings Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut turnips into 2x½-inch sticks. Place on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Toss with your hands to coat. Spread out in a single layer.
