- 1/2 large whole (3" diameter) Red Tomatoes
- 3 leaves Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
- 7 ounces Ground Chicken
- 1/2 each California Avocados
Directions:
- Form ground chicken into a patty and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill or fry in a non-stick pan (with 1 tsp of oil or oil spray) until it is nicely browned and no longer pink in the center.
- Top with sliced avocado and tomato then wrap in lettuce leaves.
