Lettuce-Wrapped Cheddar Veggie Burger with Tomato and Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice (1 ounce) Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 burger All American Classic Meatless Burgers
  • 1 medium whole (2-3/5" diameter) Red Tomato
  • 3 leaves Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
  • 2 tablespoons Organic Hummus Classic

Directions:

  1. Cook veggie burger in a skillet over medium heat with 1 teaspoon of oil, turning once until thoroughly heated and browned. Or cook in a microwave oven.
  2. Top with tomato, hummus and cheese.
  3. Carefully wrap in lettuce leaves.
