1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Tomatoes
2 tbsp Organic Hummus Classic
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
3 leaf, medium medium Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
- Cook veggie burger in a skillet over medium heat with 1 teaspoon of oil, turning once until thoroughly heated and browned. Or cook in a microwave oven.
- Top with tomato, hummus and cheese.
- Carefully wrap in lettuce leaves.
