Lentils with Toasted Pepitas Recipe

1 1/2 oz Roasted Unsalted Hulled Pumpkin and/or Squash Seeds
0 1/4 cup Cooked Lentils
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place raw pepitas (pumpkin seed kernels) on a sheet pan and toast for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, reheat cooked lentils till warmed through. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Sprinkle pepitas over lentils and enjoy!
