6 oz Tuna in Water (Canned)
1 oz Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
2 cup Arugula (Rocket)
0 1/2 cup slices Cucumber (with Peel)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Be sure to zest the full lemon before juicing.
- Combine the tuna, 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, zest, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
