Keto Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper and mustard.
  2. Very slowly drizzle in oil, whisking constantly, until vinaigrette emulsifies and thickens.
