INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 fl oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 0 1/2 small Red Onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp Orange Zest
  • 0 3/4 tsp, leaves Oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5 each Garlic, clove
  • 12 tbsp Canola Vegetable Oil

DIRECTIONS

Garlic and lime, suggesting a Cuban mojo, flavor this marinade.  It's particularly good with all cuts of pork and chicken (marinate at least 2 hours and up to 24) and fish and shellfish (marinate no longer than 20 minutes).  Each serving is 2 tablesponons.
 
  1. Combine lemon juice, lime juice, cilantro, onion, orange zest, oregano, salt and chopped garlic cloves in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Add the oil and pulse to combine.

This recipe could also be used as a dipping sauce!
