Keto King Crab Dip
Cooking tip: If you’re serving as an appetizer, plate your dip with two or three different low carb snacks!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Blue Crab (Canned)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh Dill
  • 2/3 tablespoon Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped Sweet Red Peppers
  • 1/8 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese, 2 tsp mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic powder until smooth. Mix in crab meat, diced peppers, sliced green onion and dill.
  2. Add Tabasco to taste. Refrigerate 1 hour for flavors to blend.
