Keto Shamrock Protein Shake Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (42.5g) Spinach, baby
  • 1/4 each Avocado, Hass
  • 1/4 teaspoon (3.5g) truvia
  • 1/4 cup Kroger Riced Cauliflower, frozen (85g per 3/4 cup)
  • 1 each Atkins Creamy Vanilla Shake
  • 12 leaves Peppermint, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts

Directions:

  1. In an ice cube tray freeze ½ cup Atkins Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake until firm, 1-2 hours. Chill the remaining shake in the refrigerator.
  2. Using a blender combine all ingredients until smooth. Best when consumed immediately.
