Keto Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup macadamia milk, unsweetened Milkadamia
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea, culinary grade, organic Terrasoul
  • 5 drops liquid stevia sweetener FNDDS
  • 1 tablespoon tap water FNDDS

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepot over medium heat, warm the macadamia milk to steaming. 
  2. While milk is warming, combine ½-1 teaspoon matcha powder (depending on taste preference) with 1 tablespoon hot water (just shy of boiling), and stevia with a whisk until no lumps remain. 
  3. Pour steaming milk into a mug, pour matcha over the top, and use a mini frother to mix, adding stevia to taste if desired. Serve while warm.
