Ingredients:

  • 36 fluid ounces Decaffeinated Coffee
  • 9 fluid ounce (no ice) Whiskey
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 teaspoons Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)

Directions:

  1. Brew 4 ½ cups coffee (36 fl oz) and keep warm.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm whiskey (9 fl oz= 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons) over medium-low heat (do not boil). Stir sugar substitute and warmed whiskey into brewed coffee.
  3. In the small bowl of an electric mixer, beat heavy cream on medium to soft peaks.
  4. Divide coffee mixture among 6 cups (about 7 ½-fluid ounces, just shy of 1 cup per serving), and top each with a dollop of whipped cream (about 2 tablespoons per serving).
