Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 4 1/2 ounces Blue Crab (Canned)
  • 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Horseradish

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Butter a small, shallow baking dish. Mix cream cheese, cream, chopped green onion and horseradish until well combined. Fold in crab meat. Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Smooth top; sprinkle with cheese. 
  2. Bake 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
