Ingredients:
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 4 1/2 ounces Blue Crab (Canned)
- 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 2 teaspoons Horseradish
Directions:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Butter a small, shallow baking dish. Mix cream cheese, cream, chopped green onion and horseradish until well combined. Fold in crab meat. Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Smooth top; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
