Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries Stahlbush
- 2 tablespoons allulose, liquid sweetener
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice USDA
- 12 eas Mini Babybel original cheese, soft Babybel
- 1/16 teaspoon cinnamon, ground USDA
- 3 tablespoons pecans, chopped USDA
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract USDA
- 6 each Rosemary, sprigs
Directions:
- In a small saucepot over medium heat, heat the cranberries, orange juice, allulose, vanilla extract and pinch of cinnamon stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and liquid thickens, about 10 minutes. Use the back of a wooden spoon to mash the cranberries into the remaining liquid to create a thick paste.
- Unwrap the cheeses and place on a serving platter. Place one teaspoon hot cranberry sauce (about 6g) on each cheese, skewer with ½ sprig of rosemary, sprinkle with chopped pecans and serve while cranberry sauce is still warm.
