Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Canola Vegetable Oil
- 2 1/2 peppers Red Hot Chili Peppers
- 1/4 cup Canola Vegetable Oil
- 32 ounces boneless, cooked Chicken Breast
- 1 fluid ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 2 tablespoons Allspice Ground
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 6 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
Directions:
- Combine scallions, garlic, peppers, oil, lime juice, allspice, mustard, salt, sugar substitute, and cinnamon in a food processor or blender; purée. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag or glass baking dish; add chicken and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours and preferably overnight, turning once.
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drain off; transfer to baking sheet. Bake until just cooked through, 30-40 minutes. Serve immediately.
