Ingredients:
- 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
- 2/3 tablespoon Tamari Soybean Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 1 tablespoon Sodium and Sugar Free Rice Vinegar
- 1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with Peel)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Directions:
- Slice cucumber and onions into thin rounds and combinewith the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame, and sugar substitute in a large bowl
- Toss until well mixed. Allow to sit for 10 minutes for the flavors to blend. Enjoy!
