INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pepper Serrano Pepper
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice Ground
  • 1/2 tsp, leaves Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar (Cider)
  • 1 tbsp Canola Vegetable Oil
  • 32 oz, boneless, cooked Steak
  • 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, combine chopped serrano or jalapeno pepper, chopped green onions, chile, paprika, salt, ginger, allspice, ground cinnamon, oregano, vinegar and oil. Process until a paste forms, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Rub steaks on both sides with mixture; refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Grill or broil steaks 5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
