Italian Tuna Paté

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces Tuna in Water (Canned)
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, pulse drained tuna and chopped parsley until parsley is finely chopped.
  2. Add butter and lemon juice; process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Serve with blanched vegetables or controlled carb crackers.
