Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons leaves Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 4 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Basil
- 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Directions:
This traditional favorite achieves the perfect ratio of oil to vinegar/lemon juice. If you don't have a garlic press, crush the garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife and then finely mince. Each serving is 2 Tbsp.
- Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic (minced or pressed), chopped parsley, chopped basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper and sugar substitute in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake vigorously. Or use a blender.
- Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
