  • 1/2 cup Kroger Riced Cauliflower, frozen (85g per 3/4 cup)
  • 1 half Peaches, halves, canned in water
  • 1/4 each Avocado, Hass
  • 1 each Atkins Creamy Vanilla Shake
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
  • 2 tablespoons Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger, ground
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground

Directions:
