1 cup Coconut Milk Beverage, plain, unsweetened
1 scoop (1 scoop= 31 g) Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
0 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
0 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONSBlend all ingredients except ice until very smooth. Pour over or blend with 1/2 cup of ice and enjoy. Substitute brandy extract for the rum for a more authentic flavor. If you are in Phase 2, 3 or 4 or Atkins 40 or 100 use 1 oz of brandy or rum to turn this into an adult beverage.
Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be sustituted for the coconut.
